Return Policy
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. 
  • Orders are eligible for return if they are shipped back & received by BellaKat within 10 days of the purchase date with receipt & original tags attached. 
  • No returns on jewelry. 
  • No returns on sale merchandise. 
  • No returns on holiday items. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place. 
  • BellaKat is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.
